  1. I thought I had similar throttle problems but in my case I didn't realise the auto throttle on the 777 was on,,,,after loading the plane. I knock them off and on the ground taxiing and the throttle are great. Andy
  2. thanks george but i gave up,,,i got intouch with goflight,,,im in the the uk,,,there usa,,,,my unit is 3-4 years old,,,they said post it to them and theyd update it from A22 to A25 firmware,,,,it took about 4 weeks to arrive back and ever since using the pmdg,,,win 7 ,,,stevo38 files from the user section on here.,,,,and all is great thanks Andy
  3. steve tar,,,,i got rid of linda and the hat switch is good again,,,,and your scripts a good un with the goflight mcp pro Andy
  4. Hi steveo38 ive been using the lua script for a few days and find it great except in my case a small prob. i use a saitek yoke as well,,,,and each time i use the hat switch to pan my view around the virtual cockpit,,,all the numbers displayed on the goflight mcp change and flash for a second or 2 then revert back to there correct values,,,,have you any ideas what i need to change. ive never mapped the hat switch on the yoke so its auto detected by fsx commands. thanks Andy
  5. Hi sir,,,i come on here and post in desperation,,,and i dont mean that to sound bad against you. i have the goflight mcp pro...had it a few years now. recently after changing systems to an i5 and win 7 the module is at the moment useless. it locks up after a few turns of a dial,,,ive tried all the software versions. ive posted numerous times on there forum,,,ive emailed goflight themselves. ive tried an older usb 1.1 pci card with limited sucess. what im asking here is in the hope that you have tinkered around with any goflight modules across a network. see the module works ok on my old system which is now my client pc. i have and use fsuipc and widefs...running radar contact and fscommander and alike so my network is set up ok. a gent on the golfight forum put up a step by step guide to using goflight and widefs,,,from the widefs pdf i think...i sadly got no joy trying that do u have any advise that may be usefull....or can it not be done. thanks inadvance Andy
  6. thanks pete.... yep i did notice in fsuipc that the key press would be heading bug up and down,,,,and when set up in the lds i can move the heading bug/purple line but the heading on the autopilot doesnt change....thanks for the info i will try over at level d. Andrew
  7. hi,,,just tinkering around with fsuipc to use joystick button presses for different functions. the command i really wanted was to change the heading using joystick button,,,i.e hold a button down to move the heading indicator anti clockwise,,,,,hold another button to move the heading indicator clockwise....i cant seem to find the control in the key mapping or button press in fsuipc. i found a command for the heading bug,,,,but when using the leveld 767 it didnt alter the heading indicator on the autopilot. anybody any ideas? sorry if this is confusing,,,,,it is to me LOL Thanks Andy
