  1. Thank you John , I had tried the fixes mentioned in Jaden's post but it had not resolved the issue for me. But upon renaming the SimConnect.dll as unused did the trick. It is now working. Thank you. renaming
  2. Hi, I can run FSX on its own. But when I try to run FSUIPC, it shows "Flight Simulator has detected a problem with a third -party software program (add-on) . It then gives me the option to run this software (not recommended). If I choose Yes, FSX does not finish loading. If I choose No, it finishes loading and has no issues. Please help. I am not very technically savvy. I just purchased the FSFlyingSchool program to learn how to fly, but it needs FSUIPC to run. Hopefully You find all the information needed. Please forgive me if I forget anything or erroneously put something that is not needed.
