Hi
I have been using fsuipc for over twenty years but still have difficulties installing. I have made numerous unnessessary purchases too. In P3d addons/fsuipc It says to use the installer to register Widefs. What and where is this installer? I have installed Widefs on a client. I’m confused.

I have fsuipc5 but cannot find the file for widefs client. Help would be appreciated.

I hope this is in the right place. While trying to edit my simconnect xml file I accidently wiped it clean. Can you tell me how to re create the file. I am using it for FSX FDS radio modules.

I have problems with Wideserver and client. The client says it has version 0 so I presume I have mismatch. My wideserver is 7.974. And client 6.999. Is this a mismatch? On your page I couldn’t find widefs 7.974. Please advise.

My problem is then with widefs. Non of my clients are connecting. They were. From time to time I get this problem and can never remember how it was solved. I'll start with updating fsuipc. Network is fine.

I've got most sorted in fs ok, except the rudder which is locked to one side. I need to assign the rudder and tiller in fs but not sure how to do this as I am not using pedals. Believe me I have read every tutorial on this that I can find. Everything was fine for 10 years until a re-install!

I have spent half an hour trying to find the correct heading under which to post this. I see no heading for support. I can't even find the posts I made yesterday!
I still have problems with programming. I programmed the Ailerons on X ok but when I tried to do the same for the elevator it would not give me a Y axis. I have disabled the controllers in fs.

I am having problems with programming. I am using FSX. My yoke is programmed in FSX. I am trying to program the tiller in fsuipc but it is shuddering violently. In fsuipc the tiller uses X but I notice in fsx it uses z. I have tried deleting it in controls but it hasn't helped. I have read every post on the subject but am none the wiser. Your assistance would be appreciated.

I am unable to send fsuipc log as the paste is grey out. The event viewer I am unable to interpret/workout.
DBS have not answered emails for the last 4 days. I have not edited the XML s I wouldn't be able to find it or have reason to change it. I'm afraid a lot of this is beyond me.

I have completely re- loaded fsx. The fsuipc installed ok and fsx loaded without problem. I then downloaded the DBS follow me car. The car did not appear in addon ons as it should but from then on whenever I start fsx I get the message about a problem with third party software and I am asked if I want to continue (the usual message). I have removed the car but am back to square one with the warning message and hanging fsx......

Sorry Pete but I have searched everywhere for simconnect but cannot find it. The event viewer seems to contain nothing. I have the fsuipc log but guess that's no good without the others.

Hi
Prosim is asking for fsuipc but when I start the fsuipc it is referring to P3D which was previously on my system. I am now using Xplane. At one point it points to "bypass" and then asks for an exe. I don't understand what is going on or how to rectify the problem. I have read the manual as far as I am able to understand it. Your help would be appreciated.
