  1. Dear Lars,

as I told you in my email, if you want to install FSAssist on FS2002, you have to download FSAssist 2002 from our download area, then install it with your old serial (choosing the proper installation option).

If you want to install FSAssist on FS2000, you have to install FSAssist for FS2000 (the file is different from the one above).

With the registration data I gave you are valid for both the versions.

  2. Dear Dennis,

adding user-made obects to FSSE library is not possible, for now.

We know that it can be considered a limit but we did it in order to simplify the FSSExchange, one of the core features of the product itself.

If a user creates a scenery that contains some not standard objects, that scenery would be unviewable for any other simmer who doesn't have those objects in their libraries too.

  3. Hi Jason, indeed the problem may be caused by a temporary communication problem between Banca Sella and your credit card company.

Just a tip: be sure you don't use any surfing manager (like Naviscope, Netsonic, Internet Turbo and so on) while surfing the bank's pages, as some of them block some needed scripts from beeing executed.

Anyway, I'll tell our webmaster to have a look into the issue as soon as I'm back to my office tomorrow morning.

  4. I recommend to archive your codes in a secure place, too.

By the way, there are several ways to recover your serial numbers.

    1. the automated code retrieving facility [the URL http://www.lagoonline.com/eng/registra/retriving.asp] which sends you the list of all the serial numbers for the product you purchased at LAGO website.

    2. SkyExpert and info@lagoonline.com accounts.

In case you submit a wrong email address while registering, you won't receive your serial number. In this case, simply use one of the above support channels.

    3. In case you loose the serial number for a LAGO product you purchased at another webstore, you can contact the support service of that webstore.

Infact the orders made at other webstores are not databased by LAGO itself.

  5. Well I really cannot figure out the reson why the aloha AI was present even before installing aloha...

Are you sure you uninstalled also the add-ons before uninstalling FS2002?

Honolulu and its AI installer have been tested several times in different environments; they definitely work after a clean FS2002 installation.

Now i suggest you uninstall aloha, so that aloha traffic is completely removed; now install honolulu and everything should be ok.

Then try to install aloha again and check for changes.

At this time, in order to restore the correct honolulu traffic, you just have to recover the original traffic.bgl file, then launch ai_install again.

I really hope we'll succeed in sorting this issue out, shano!

  6. Visualfx is one of the FS2002 modules.

Emma Field installer does not modify this file so I think the most probable cause for your problem is a change in the environment brought by a third party installer.

I'm sending you a clean visualfx file privately; copy it in the folder FS2002\MODULES, then uninstall and reinstall Emma Field.

In case the problem persists, I suggest you consider to reinstall F2002.
