wow, this is what I call real-time

Dear Lars,
as I told you in my email, if you want to install FSAssist on FS2002, you have to download FSAssist 2002 from our download area, then install it with your old serial (choosing the proper installation option).
If you want to install FSAssist on FS2000, you have to install FSAssist for FS2000 (the file is different from the one above).
With the registration data I gave you are valid for both the versions.

Dear Pete,
yes I found your message and replied to you.
As i told you in my message, there is a problem Pete: you submitted your email address, not your friend's one.
I retrieved the serial number and sent it to your friend (you gave me the email in your message) manually.
In my email to your friend I don't mention the problem, so it will anyway be a surprise
goodbye

Shaun is perfectly right.
Anyway in my email I told you what to do in case you want to install FSAssist 2002.

Hi Lars,
I retrieved your original registration data and I just sent it to you privately.
Feel free to contact me for further info.

Thank you Ivar,
I'm sure our developers will take your suggestions into consideration.

Uhm...I really don't think we have any F16, guess Italy just have Tornados, AM-Xs, F104s and TF-104 for now.
Anyway I'll verify.

Dear solomod,
those files are not that simple to import, you need some AFCAD knowledge in order to use the overlays.
Guess at Avsim [www.avsim.com] you can find some good advice that will help you.

Hi 747GuitarZ,
I noticed the same object in another topic posted by sbdwag, so I misunderstood the subject [http].
Now I understand your point, by the way I'm sorry but we cannot deal about that in our support forum.
I suggest you try to ask Mathijs if he can direct you in the right way.
Good luck, sincerely.
Great things are made by persons who experiment.

Dear Dennis,
adding user-made obects to FSSE library is not possible, for now.
We know that it can be considered a limit but we did it in order to simplify the FSSExchange, one of the core features of the product itself.
If a user creates a scenery that contains some not standard objects, that scenery would be unviewable for any other simmer who doesn't have those objects in their libraries too.
-
Dear Ivar,
the only available aircraft are the ones in the objects library.
Please send me your wish-list for new aircraft, new liveries or new objects as I weekly inform our developement dept. about our customers suggestions.
By the way, check your version number: if it's older than 1.50, there's a new objects library wating for you in the latest FSSE release.

wow, that's what in Italy we call "sintetismo"
I'm really pleased you are enjoying our FSSE, Jerry

Hi Jason, indeed the problem may be caused by a temporary communication problem between Banca Sella and your credit card company.
Just a tip: be sure you don't use any surfing manager (like Naviscope, Netsonic, Internet Turbo and so on) while surfing the bank's pages, as some of them block some needed scripts from beeing executed.
Anyway, I'll tell our webmaster to have a look into the issue as soon as I'm back to my office tomorrow morning.

Yes I sent the file on Jan 03, just after posting my message.
I sent it again, please notify me whether you receive it or not.
P.S. I sent it to the email address you published on your profile.

Hi rvc,
I sent you all the codes for the product registered to your name.
Please contact me for further information.
-
I recommend to archive your codes in a secure place, too.
By the way, there are several ways to recover your serial numbers.
1. the automated code retrieving facility [the URL http://www.lagoonline.com/eng/registra/retriving.asp] which sends you the list of all the serial numbers for the product you purchased at LAGO website.
2. SkyExpert and info@lagoonline.com accounts.
In case you submit a wrong email address while registering, you won't receive your serial number. In this case, simply use one of the above support channels.
3. In case you loose the serial number for a LAGO product you purchased at another webstore, you can contact the support service of that webstore.
Infact the orders made at other webstores are not databased by LAGO itself.

£, €, $money anyway
Jokes apart, I'll tell our webmaster whether he can add a multiple currency comparison within the "register & pay" area.

Well I really cannot figure out the reson why the aloha AI was present even before installing aloha...
Are you sure you uninstalled also the add-ons before uninstalling FS2002?
Honolulu and its AI installer have been tested several times in different environments; they definitely work after a clean FS2002 installation.
Now i suggest you uninstall aloha, so that aloha traffic is completely removed; now install honolulu and everything should be ok.
Then try to install aloha again and check for changes.
At this time, in order to restore the correct honolulu traffic, you just have to recover the original traffic.bgl file, then launch ai_install again.
I really hope we'll succeed in sorting this issue out, shano!

Visualfx is one of the FS2002 modules.
Emma Field installer does not modify this file so I think the most probable cause for your problem is a change in the environment brought by a third party installer.
I'm sending you a clean visualfx file privately; copy it in the folder FS2002\MODULES, then uninstall and reinstall Emma Field.
In case the problem persists, I suggest you consider to reinstall F2002.
-
Tough issue indeed.
What was the behaviour of the AI after installing honolulu and before the installation of aloha?
By the way, which version of Honolulu you own?
-
Hi Zidane,
you can post a screenshot here or send it directly to me.
Another question, the setup is the same you installed the last time it worked or you had to download it again? And by the way, could you tell us which is the version number?

ops, don't care about the 2nd post

Dear sir,
the files in the exchange are ok. The FTP is very slow, though, so it sometimes experiences errors.
We uploaded a cumulative file containing all the SE1s at the URL http://www.lagoonline.net/files/addins/LFILES.zip.
The file is on a very reliable FTP, you won't have problems in downloading it.
With friendly greetings,
