FSUIPC4.INI not loaded

I have asked here that in FSUIPC on the screen of FSX I have no option to control "Show /Hide checklist inside Flight Simulator" since this order doesn't appear in the list of orders to "short". Looking it I find that the file FSUIPC4.INI doesn't exist in the folder "Modules", as a fact, in no place. I have followed the instructions: I have reloaded FSUIPC and given again the keys to re-register, copied FSX from inside the folder FSUIPC in Ultimate Checklist to modules folder in FSX. I have started FSX, and pressed the button FSUIPC, tried to find "Show /Hide checklist inside Flight Simulator" also without success, but, again FSUIPC4.INI doesn't exist. What can I do? Since my aim is this precisely: Show and Hide the checklist.Thanks.
