Windows 8.1 RTM and FSUIPC 4.9.1 crash

Hi there Pete, I have the same issue (with the latest version 4.92 as of 9 September) that FSX crashes under 8.1. I tried the download link to 4.92a, but it is broken. Could you please re-up the installer? Many thanks.
