Just an observation that Win 7 generated female voices and Win 8 male

Is there a setting somewhere to change the pilot gender on the voices? The youtube tutorial by Mark Hargrove has male voices, which sound clearer to me. thanks!

Yes, it's crashing for me too, Win7, no solution

On Win 7 here is how I solved this: 1. remove all Visual C++ packages newer than 2008 2. run the install script as administrator (very disappointing), the install script will add the requisite Visual C++ package 3. then, the worst part, is run Tracon as administrator
