It works now, turns out the DLL was corrupt. It didnt look like it when i compared it to other peoples file. I guess you learn something new everyday, Thanks for your help.

I have installed FSUIPC on my fsx and it said it installed correctly but the addons menu is not showing up. I have checked multiple posts and searched for solutions but it seems that nobody has my problem. From what i can tell the module is loaded but just doesnt show up and i have reinstalled it several times to no avail.
