  1. Hallo, Yes I have read the User Guide but can't find anything about this...! On my pc I can boot from one of 2 hard disks, the first one is Vista 64 and FSX, which I want to keep because of some favourite aircraft that are not compatible with Prepar3D, the second disk has Windows 10 and Prepar3D v3. Both are running the latest version of FSUIPC. There are slight differences in my FSUIPC settings, and I would like to standardise across both systems. Question: can this be done, what and where is the necessary file? Thanks, Chris G
  2. Success! In case it helps others I did this: Deleted evrything FSUIPC from Modules, Go to Lockheed Martin > redist > Interface > FSX-SP2-XPACK > retail > lib > then open Simconnect, agree licence etc., it installs very quickly! Extract and Install FSUIPC, run Prepar3D, the Add Ons menu is now there. Now to programme individual throttles and reverse thrust... Thanks for the help.
  3. Yes missed that, ok will do that and let you know, sorry to be a bind but in all my years of Flight Simmming it's the first time anything has gone wrong...
  4. I did as you said, removed FSUIPC_Loader.DLL from modules, deleted everything FSUIPC, reinstalled 4.949, ran Prepar3D, still no Add Ons menu. Is this the log you need to see? I removed my name and email address. ********* FSUIPC4, Version 4.949f by Pete Dowson ********* Prepar3D.exe version = 3.1.2.15831 Running inside Prepar3D v3 on Windows 8.0 Module base=52180000 User Name="*******" User Addr="********" FSUIPC4 Key is provided WIDEFS7 not user registered, or expired 46 System time = 17/02/2016 13:03:04 46 FLT path = "C:\Users\Christopher\Documents\Prepar3D v3 Files\" 46 ------ Module Version Check ------ 46 acontain.dll: 3.1.2.15831 46 api.dll: 3.1.2.15831 46 controls.dll: 3.1.2.15831 46 fs-traffic.dll: 3.1.2.15831 46 G3D.dll: 3.1.2.15831 46 language.dll: 3.1.2.15831 46 sim1.dll: 3.1.2.15831 78 visualfx.dll: 3.1.2.15831 78 weather.dll: 3.1.2.15831 78 window.dll: 3.1.2.15831 78 ---------------------------------- 78 Trying C:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\Modules\SimConnectP3D2.dll 78 !!! 7. Me too, log attached... Fresh hard disk, Windows 10 installed, all updates Net Framework etc ok, Prepar3D v3 installed, runs pefectly, FSUIPC4 4.949 downloaded, install and registration apparently successful, in Prepar3D no Add-Ons menu.
  8. As in pinned post No.3, after install of FSUIPC4 4.949, no AddOns menu visible. In Lockheed Martin > Prepar3Dv3 > Modules > FSUIPC4 > Notepad,g there are multiple warnings re SimConnect ie couldn't connect, FATAL ERROR, many Error 126 etc etc...
