I have a similar problem, I just go Tower 2012 and first I try running it on a old Windows Xp Service Pack 3, it would install and open but after selecting Airport and runways and clicking on start the game would not run, would stay on the main screen. So I try installing it on another system with a clean install of windows 7 ultimate and I also had the same problem with one exception in order for the game to open I had to run it as administrator.
By the looks of it I must be missing something on my system, I do not usually run games on it so perhaps there is some kind of file missing.
Anyone help would be greatly appreciated!!
