Moving FSUIPC window

I just registered FSUIPC 3.135... now when I try to move the FSUIPC window a greyed-out (inactive) copy of the window remains at the old location, while the active window goes where I put it. I end up with two windows onscreen, one inactive.

Is this normal?

If not, how to fix??

Yes, all version 3's have done that -- not necessarily grey, though, usually multiple copies. It's the only way to display the thing on top of the full screen version of FS without constant flicker. It doesn't matter any,they all get erased on exit.
