Download the current version from http://www.schiratti.com/dowson, and copy the FSUIPC.DLL from the Zip to your FS Modules folder.

If the version installed by Flight Deck III is earlier than 3.00 then you may need to pay for and register the later FSUIPC, depending on what permissions Flight Deck III has. Sorry, I do not know.
