How can I pay for FSUIPC 3 over here in Slovenia and get FSUIPC going ASAP.

FSUIPC has been around for many years for free. So I agree that FSUIPC is payware. I support you Pete & thanx for having FSUIPC free at least until now!

Slovenia doesn't present any problem, surely? SimMarket has lots of customers there. Just check the first few pages in the FSUIPC User Guide. It gives you all the information you need, including methods of payment and a link to the pay booth.
