If you bought it from SimMarket, go to http://www.simmarket.com and open your account.

If you got it anywhere else you need to contact the supplier.

Next time you register you should consider keeping a copy off the PC, maybe printout the FSUIPC.KEY file or keep a copy on a diskette or something.
