Didn't you keep a copy, either of your notifications or of the FSUIPC.KEY file? Seems odd not to keep anything of something you pay for.

Anyway, I'm sorry, but I am not at all involved in the issue of keys. All that is handled entirely by the retailers. If you purchased it from SimMarket I think that, if you go to http://www.simmarket.com and open your account there, you can retrieve your keys directly.
