Flight Recorder?

Hi!

I'm wonder if it's able to get some kinde of code so i can do a flight recorder to my virtual airline who can take information from FS via FSUIPC and save it into a .txt file. I will not make any type of money or something of it, It's only for my VA, But i think i need something so i should know how i can get the information from FSUIPC?
