Cockpit movement and rezing in FS 9.1 and FSUIPC 4.111

hmm for some reason I can move my cockpict or resize when I have it check in FSUIPC that will not allow too. Must happen on the update of fs to 9.1 or fsuipc 4.111 . One of the 2 causing this problem.

No, neither. The only thing that can stop it working is the one documented in the FSUIPC User guide:

Sounds like you've changed that option or reinstalled video drivers or something, making that Windows option come back on.

BTW, version 4 of FSUIPC isn't available for quite a while yet. You mean 3.411.
