TCAS not working

I have the latest version of FSUIPC.

Win XP home, FS2004

The TCAS is not working.

If i run traffic look program it never recognises any default AI aircraft in fs2004.

Also in all the gauges in my planes the tcas is not showing planes near me.

Traffic density 100%

Range 40nm or less

Any ideas?

I have the latest version of FSUIPC.

And what version number is that, please? Everyone says they have the "latest version" but often this just means the latest one they downloaded. Sometimes folks have said that and the version has been many months out of date!

If you have any problems with such things, please run FS, get the problem, close FS and show me the FSUIPC.LOG. If you have registered FSUIPC then are you sure you used a legitimate Key? Some similar problems are caused by the use of bad keys. If you want me to check, Zip up the LOG and the FSUIPC.KEY files (both from the FS Modules folder) and send them to me at petedowson@btconnect.com.
