Guest Delta ATL Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Hi: I use both FSUIPC 2.975 and FS METEO together. I couldn't ask for two better programs but there is something I wanted to ask to see if anyone knew how to fix this. When I am at cruise level and make a heading change from one airway to another (usually), I get like a gust of wind or some sort and my engines always run up or down, depending on the bank. I'm sure it has something to do with the wind direction but it doesn't seem like it should do that. Does that happen in real-life and we just don't hear it due to the wind noise or is there some kind of transition fix I can make to stop that from happening. When I fly in clear weather (FS METEO not loaded) then it doesn't happen. If you can help me, I would appreciate it so much. Delta 07

Certainly there is no wind change which will be synchronised with your banking. It sounds like something is seriously wrong with the aircraft modelling, but I am not an expert in that area. I've never heard of this phenomenon occurring anywhere else -- maybe others can chime in and help here. Regards, Pete
