small question about the FSUIPC Log

I small question.

I am logging commands send to FSUIPC.

My question is about the first number before the commands.

Is this just a numer or are these milliseconds or something like that?

Milliseconds since FSUIPC started -- in fact since the System and FS times loagged at the start.
