How to Upgrade my PMDG's FMC?

Hi all I don't like to seem too illiterate, but I would love to know how to upgrade myPMDG 737ng and my PMDG 747-400 Ident. They both are about 0506 on the "AIRAC Cycle" I believe it's about o512 or 0513. by now. Can any one give me step by step instructions. Thanks a lot. couuch out. Regards

I think you are in the wrong Forum. The PMDG forum is over in Avsim somewhere, I think.
