And "western Union" that is the company I'm going to send the money told me I have to request the name of the person who is going to pick up the money from western Union agency in Germany and I have already written to the simmarket sales area and got this "contact the support area of the product you want to get" so that's what I am doing, I decided to contact you Pete through this forum and hope you can help me.

I don't know, sorry. Really methods like credit card or PayPal are quicker and easier. But I will forward your message here to the Manager of SimFlight and I expect he will get in touch with you.
