Simon Rigby
Hi Pete, I notice that an offset for ZuluSecond is not included in the list of offsets in the programmers guide. There is also a gap in the list at 023D. Is this an omission in the manual or does the offset not exist? Cheers Simon Rigby
Simon Rigby
As a follow up I have tried to quiz the "missing" offset and it always returns 0 (zero). Cheers Simon
Pete Dowson
I notice that an offset for ZuluSecond is not included in the list of offsets in the programmers guide. There is also a gap in the list at 023D. Is this an omission in the manual or does the offset not exist? The "zulu" second is identical to the local second in every time zone. Time zones are only hours and minutes different (and I think only 0 or 30 minutes in the latter case anyway). The are no time zones which have an adjustment in seconds!!!
