GPSOut and FSUIPC registration

Hi Peter,

just wondering if GPSOut requires registration of FSUIPC.

Just about ready to solder the RS-232 connector on the cable to my Garmin GPSmap 296... :D

No. Not the current version. I'm thinking about rationalising all my assorted utilities for FS, though, for the next version of FS .. less to maintain, more value for those registering. But you are okay for all current versions.
