can we use teamspeak on a remote computer but having a push to talk button on the CH PRODUCT yoke on the server ?

(already have fsiupc and widefs on all clients)

Yes, and oddly enough it is described in the WideFS documentation under the heading "PTT (push to talk) for Roger Wilco, AVC and TeamSpeak".
