Hi mr. Pete,

i have a big quastion and nobody can help me...

I have buy FSX and FSUIPC: 4.03 with WideFS: 6.71

I have make my MCP pannel with IOCARD hardware from http://www.opencockpits.comnow:

1) Can I interface my MCP hardware with FSX and your FSUIPC 4.03 by programming IOCARD with SIOC Code ? Somebody can helpme ?

2) I have found a FS SIOC CODE example for IOCard but you know if it working with default 737 of FSX or nly with PMDG 737NG

3) TO interface my hardware ( only MCP , no INSTRUMENTS ) I need only Project Magenta or not ? I don't have money now for PM but i need only to use my MCP hardware without Glass Cockpits !

ThankYou in advance for your help !

Actually, you don't buy "4.03" but just FSUIPC4. You are entitled, and in fact requested, please, to keep up to date. The current version is 4.04 and I will be releasing 4.05 tomorrow, or possibly Friday at the latest.

Interfacing to "FSUIPC 4.03" is the same as to any version of FSUIPC since version 1 for FS2000. If this "SIOC code" interfaces to FSUIPC at all, then it should certainly interface to FSUIPC4.

But I am sorry, I do not know SIOC or IOCARD at all. Isn't there a Forum dealing with these products where you can get help? OR perhaps they provide technical support?

2) I have found a FS SIOC CODE example for IOCard but you know if it working with default 737 of FSX or nly with PMDG 737NG

How would anyone else know except whoever supplied the code? Isn't there any writing with it to explain it? Don't you know where it came from, so you can ask?

Again, I am very sorry, but I have to re-iterate: I do not know IOCARD or SIOC at all. In fact I have barely heard about them. I think you need to find their technical support site or a forum which discusses cockpit building, where perhaps you may find other users of this hardware?

Regards

Pete
