alphjetsim Posted May 18, 2007 Report Posted May 18, 2007 This might seem odd, but I've got a customized control panel used for an Alphajet aircraft sim, and I'd like to know what offsets it's various engine start switches might be assigned. :?: Is there a way that FSUIPC can interpret what offsets or simulator commands are being used when the engine switches are clicked in FS9, and store them in the log file? The end results would be that I'm able to assign the correct offsets to my FDS-SYS1 board for the Alphajet simulator I'm working on. Thanks in advance! :)

Not in FSUIPC. You can monitor specific offsets, but you need to specify which ones first. You seem to be going about it back to front. Why not simply look up the functions you want to use in the Offsets list? There's also the excellent FSInterrogate utility, which can continuously monitor all or any selection of offsets, or simply look for changes. This tool is part of the FSUIPC SDK. Regards Pete
