Sidsix Posted June 1, 2007 Report Posted June 1, 2007 Has anyone configured Teamspeak to work on a client computer using WideFS? If so, can you please give me details of how you accomplished this? Thank you in advance. Cheers Sid
AlexH Posted June 1, 2007 Report Posted June 1, 2007 Sid, I posted the same question a long time ago: http://forums.simflight.com/viewtopic.php?t=16228 To my knowledge, no one succeded in posting commands through WideFS as Teamspeak (Ivao Voice Client) seems to read directly the keypresses. I found a way using two EPIC cards and emulating through hardware the keyboard. Not sure it helps !
Pete Dowson Posted June 1, 2007 Report Posted June 1, 2007 To my knowledge, no one succeded in posting commands through WideFS as Teamspeak (Ivao Voice Client) seems to read directly the keypresses. Odd, then, that others have succeeded. Maybe TeamSpeak has been changed since it used to work? See for instance http://forums.simflight.com/viewtopic.php?t=42038 . There is actually a section in the WideFS Technical documentation entitled PTT (push to talk) for Roger Wilco, AVC and TeamSpeak and TeamSpeak gets its own little section within that, telling you the exact details you need to know. Regards Pete
