Changing control data via FSUIPC

Hallo,

I have special joysticks device connected to the computer via non standard interfaces and I would like to change using my software via FSUIPC values in FSX. Is it possible where can I find right offsets?

If somebody have some lines of source to help me I`ll be very lucky.
