Radar Contact unable to interface with FSUIPC

I have contacted John Dekker regarding this and he has referred me on to you.

When trying to start Radar Contact 4.3.384 with FSX with FSUIPC 4.12 (registered) on my Windows Vista machine I receive an error "IPC timed out all retries" when I hit "Start RC".

Here was John's response:

There are vista firewall issues with fsuipc, even if rc and fsx are on the same machine.

The next thing to do is get peter involved, and he may want a log of fsuipc.

Is this a full version of fsuipc, or the unregistered version of fsuipc?

The link to fsinsider.com is broken, so I was unable to get help from his reference above.

Yes, run it again, try RC again, see it fail, close FSX. Let me see the FSUIPC4.Log file and the Install FSUIPC4 log files. Both from the FSX Modules folder.
