Do you mean there is no Add-Ons menu entry?

If so, please let me see both the Install FSUIPC4 log and the FSUIPC4 log files from your FS Modules folder.

If not, please explain a little more.

Did you run FSX "as administrator", as instructed in the documentation? You cannot register otherwise.

Thanks, very much, that was the problem, "like administrator", now all is fine. now the window register FSUIPC is active.
