The answer to your question is that FSUIPC4 is for FSX and FSUIPC3 is for FS9 and before. They are NOT the same product and do not use the same keys. Please do read some of the Announcements and documentation which have been around for many months!

I'm afraid CH users would need to answer that. I don't have any of their gear at all. Sorry.
