Question about loading a sitiation file

Good evening!

I am searching for a possibility to load a situation file in my Fs9.1 with the help of FSUIPC.

I hope the english words "situation file" is correct, I only own the german FS2004 and here its called "Flug auswählen". Its the first option in the first menu.

I am able to set the Start-Up Situation on Offset 0024 but it only works in startup as the name told us.

Can anybody help me please
