Tank Selector

Hi

I am trying to build a GA cockpit and am using Open Cockpits boards to achieve this .

I have most of it sussed out ok but two things I am stuck on.

The first is I cant find the FSUIPC offset for the tank selector switch ( left right both etc)

The second is , on the Cessna is an Alt Static Air control annd I cant find the offset to control

that either.

I have seached through the offset lists for ages but cant find them , I imagine they are not

listed under the names I am looking for .

Can any one point me in the right direction

Try just searching on the word "Tank". Here it finds it on the second attempt. Offset 0AF8.

The second is , on the Cessna is an Alt Static Air control annd I cant find the offset to control that either.

Hmm. I've never heard of that and I've no idea where in FS it might be, but there's a control listed in the List of 2004 Controls called "TOGGLE_ALTERNATE_STATIC", so it must be in the drop-down list of assignable controls in FSUIPC. Try it. If it does what you want you can always operate it through the 3110 offset. It is number 66317.

I think you need to refine your searching methods -- certainly the tank selector is very easily found by searching for "tank".

Your right it was easy to find under tank

For some reason which I cant work out I was looking under fuel as in fuel tank

I will blame it on my cold which I am suffering from right now
