FSUIPC4 License Details

:?: I work for a large defense contractor and we will need several copies of FSUIPC4. Sadly, it isn’t just as simple as buying a key and putting it on a machine. We cant get approval to buy it without some kind of License agreement....which I have been unable to find. I need to answer issues such as using the software in a commercial environment, and what if we resell a product that has FSUIPC4 installed on it etc... Please point me to any license/terms/conditions etc. that govern the use of FSUIPC4....

They are made simply in agreement, individually, as needed. The users of FSUIPC are too diverse to be covered by one unless it gets as complex as those EULAs of MS. I am not overly in favour of excessive legislation I'm afraid.
