FSUIPC 4.253 - Turbulence Feedback

Pete,

Haven't had time to perform "upper limit" testing on TurbulenceRate, but I did some flying with the default of 1.0,5.0. Flew at FL310, with 100 knot winds coming from the side.

No control problems, all the way up to turbulence of 4 (although there was much bouncing about!)

Hopefully I will find some time today to find the upper limits. If not, this will have to wait until Tuesday.
