FSUIPC No Display

Running FSUIPC, Version 3.75 on Vista Home Premium (Windows Version 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2), .NET Framework 2

inside FS2004 (FS9.1). User Account Control is OFF. I'm the Administrator. Clicking on FSUIPC in the Modules tab in the FS9 menu comes up with a black screen. The white mouse pointer is only visible in the center third of the screen. I have to hit ESC to get the FS9 display back. Any idea why I can't get the FSUIPC Config display up?

Sounds like a typical video driver bug -- either switch to Windowed mode (ALT + ENTER), which generally works much better with FS in any case, or look for a better video driver. This really isn't a function of FSUIPC and it has no control over Windows displays.
