My FSUIPC Key ist not accept (valid)

I buy me on simmarket a key for the FSUIPC for FS 2004 and i have WIN XP running!

The FSUIPC Version is 3.8 , i controlled my mail and my name and also the right input of my 12 number key

but the answer is Sorry, this Key is not a valid 12-character key!

What runs wrong or better what make i wrong, i do it also with Strg. C and Strg.V

Can a nice soul help me :wink:

You are entering something wrong, then (all three parts, name, address, key, must be correct), or you have mistakenly bought a key for FSUIPC4 instead of FSUIPC3. Since you hide your name behind an alias I can't even check for you.

If you feel sure you have it correct, please send all the details to me at petedowson@btconnect.com, and I'll check them here.
