ScottyOz Posted May 6, 2008 Report Posted May 6, 2008 Hi, Long time user. I have a small flight deck setup using FS2004 and several Goflight modules - including the TQ6. I am running the LevelD767 and have two throttles and two reverse levers. It has taken me a while to get things setup and a whole lot of experimenting and somewhere along the line the settings, in FSUIPC, I assume, have become different. Is there anywhere I can see what the different settings are for each throttle, how the reverse is set etc.... I have spent so many attempts trying to to get it working, pushing buttons rescanning axis' and the like that somewhere I have done something wrong. The alternative is to reset everything to default - remove all calibrations and assignments that have been made in FSUIPC - how do I that? Ideally I would to copy the setup/config for the left throttle to the right throttle. Any help would be great Scott
Pete Dowson Posted May 18, 2008 Report Posted May 18, 2008 Sorry for the delay -- as announced here, I have been on holiday. It has taken me a while to get things setup and a whole lot of experimenting and somewhere along the line the settings, in FSUIPC, I assume, have become different. FSUIPC doesn't change things by itself. Is there anywhere I can see what the different settings are for each throttle, how the reverse is set etc. As far as FSUIPC is concerned, there are the on-line options showing these things, page by page, 4 axes to a page, or, if you want to try decoding the numerical parameters, there are the sections in the INI file. ... I have spent so many attempts trying to to get it working, pushing buttons rescanning axis' and the like that somewhere I have done something wrong. Well, without specifics I cannot really help. Things are logical, and as documented. Maybe you are confusing settings which you have made for specific aircraft? The alternative is to reset everything to default - remove all calibrations and assignments that have been made in FSUIPC - how do I that? Just delete the FSUIPC INI file, or just the JoystickCalibration and Buttons sections you don't want. Regards Pete
