I am trying to program potentiometers running through a phidgets 8/8/8 board using fsuipc 4 but so far they arent working i would like to know how to set these up thank you

Sorry, I cannot support any such hardware directly. FSUIPC isn't a hardware driver. You need to use the driver for your phidgets board.
