No Visibility tab on install

I just downloaded FSIPUC 4.28 for FSX and reading the manual to adjust my settings....I do not have a "visibility" tab....how can that be? Please help...

Refer to the User documentation, in the section entitled "Visibility (Optional)".

Documentation is provided for users to refer to. It does work out a bit quicker and even easier, usually, than posting questions for support, honest!
