Adjust ground traffic density?

Might it be possible one day to assign buttons to adjust the density of ground vehicles in FSX? I already have this set up for airplane traffic, and it's a great aid when moving from town to country and vice versa. (In my case, there are four buttons: one for 0% air traffic, one for 25, one for 50, and one for 100.)
