I a has made a translation of your FSUIPC user guide 3.81 and FSUIPC advanced user guide 3.81 in the Dutch language.

My question is to you if I can this translation place on the Dutch FS site called DFS.

Yes, of course. No problem. Do please point out on the site that 3.81 is not the latest version. Most of the documentation doesn't change too much of course, there just might be new facilities and options omitted.
