I am a registered FSUIPC 4.X user. I have not experienced any problems so far.

I am building a Transponder similar to the KT76 series. I have been looking through the FSX Controls list of commands and do not see the corresponding command in the list for the Transponder IDENT button. Neither do I find the Mode Switch capabuility, i.e. Off, On, Standby, ALT (Mode C). I am not using SquawkBox or any of those voice or ATC programs. I searched the Forum for any information on these but did not find any thing helpful.

Are there commands that will handle the IDENT and Mode Select functions?

No, simply because FS does not simulate those features. What would such functions do with nothing happening behind them?

The on-line flying programs such as Squawkbox use these features, and on FS9 and before there was a way of programming them via FSUIPC. At present, Squawkbox 4 (for FSX) doesn't provide access except through its own windows -- I have asked for some way of accessing these programmatically so I can add the features to FSUIPC for SB4 (nuch like the PTT which does work okay), but this has not been done yet.
