Registration not valid?

The new FSUIPC version 4.4 is in FSX as "Unregistered" despite having the 12 digit key number received with Order Number 325871 on 4th April 2007.

When selecting "Check Existing Registration" in the Installer I receive a message reading "The registration was cancelled or doesn't check correctly."

When trying to register I also receive a message reading "Sorry this key is not a valid 12 character key" despite copying and pasting the number from the e-mail order confirmation from SimMarket.

Help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you are making an error entering the other parts then. Did you also cut and paste your name and address/email address? All three parts must be correct. Computers cannot guess and are very fussy. The complete set of three entries is used to identify you and your registration and these three are inextricably linked. (It never ceases to amaze me how many ways folks find to spell their own name differently! ;-) )
