JackSparr Posted December 25, 2008 Report Posted December 25, 2008 Hey Pete. I think i figured the problem out but now how to solve it , i have a registered FSUIPC and Squawkbox is installed on both computers , and now when im going to try to run SB and FS from same Computer(1) it works , but now if i register WideFs i cant run it from the same computer as FS2004 cause I get a error msg (see picture) but if i remove the register thing for WideFs i can run it from computer(1) as same as FS2004 again , and if i dont have the WideFs registered it wont run the server cause it has to be registered through FSUIPC (thats what it says in the log), so basicly i have to register WideFs but i still want to be able to use Squawkbox on the same computer as FS2004. How do i solve this problem?` [picture]
JackSparr Posted December 25, 2008 Author Report Posted December 25, 2008 Short Version: 1. I install FSUIPC and WideFs 2. I install Squawkbox(works at the same time as FS2004 and on the same computer) 3. I register only FSUIPC(Still works on the same computer) 4. Now i register WideFs and it says registered(but now squawkbox wont run but WideFs runs , Error Msg see picture above) 5. I deregister WideFs again and now Squawkbox works again. So now , how do i make it work even if i've got WideFs and FSUIPC registered (i want it to run from the same computer , but i want to be able to use WideFs)?

It sounds like the Key you are using for WideFS is not valid, either one generated by an illegal pirate key generator, or one made AFTER the system date of your PC. Check the date in your PC first. If that's correct, then send me all the details for both your keys (to petedowson@btconnect.com) and I will check them here. (Incidentally, I assume "Jack Sparr" is a pseudonym, as I cannot find any records for such a registration in any case). Regards Pete
