This is a FORUM. All forums have a list of threads, started by inquirers such as yourself. But right at the top of the forum, before all those, are ANNOUNCEMENTS. These are VERY VERY important as they are my way of informing everyone about my programs and helping them help themselves.

I've not idea how you arrive at a Forum and not see the Announcements right at the start. How do you do it?

It seems my time trying to help folks in this way is wasted on many. I thought Announcements were bound to be seen by everyone. This is VERY disappointing! :-(
