OS Upgrade registration issue

I just installed a new OS on my computer and now it won't let me register FSUIPC or WideFS. Please help.

There's nothing about a change of operating system that will stop you registering. You are either making a mistake in entering your name, address and keys (ALL parts must be 100% correct), or you are using Vista with FS2004 or before and haven't read the important note in the FSUIPC user documentation, right near the beginning, regarding registering under Vista.
