BobEK Posted March 1, 2009 Report Posted March 1, 2009 Hello Peter, Recently it was necessary for me to do a, ''Complete Restore" in Windows XP. As a result of this action I had to completely re-install my FSX along with PMDG 747-400X and FSUIPC 4.40, which I purchased on 22nd December 2008. Customer ID: 59811 and received my key. I installed the programme at the time and everythind worked perfectly! Now however, since having reistalled FSUIPC 4.40, although the programme ''installer tasks are completed okay'' the registration check was cancelled or failed (code 10). I have tried a numer of attempts to reactivate the registration using the original key provided, but the system will not accept the key! Your help would be appreciated Peter. Regards Robert Keeley

It isn't only the Key which has to be correct, it is also your name and address. All three parts are part of the Registration. If you believe you are entering every part exactly as originally, then please send the details (registered name, address and key) to me at petedowson@btconnect.com, and I will check them here. Incidentally, version 4.40 has now been superseded by version 4.50. You should download and use the newer version when you try to enter the details correctly! Regards Pete
