Non Appearance of key for new purchase of FSUIPC

Hi Peter

Sorry to be a pain but I have failed to pinpoint exactly where the "KEY" which I'm told is required to make FSUIPC operational after purchasing it yesterday from simmarket. I have the relevant Order number, Transaction number and ticket number but the KEY which may be coming to me from your department hasn't shown up yet. Is it called by some other name or something?

You have to log into your simmarket account and click on the my products/downloads link. A list of your purchases should appear including FSUIPC as the latest purchase. If you click on this product you should now be able to see your key. Simmarket never email product keys to the customer only order numbers/confirmation etc.
